日前(qian),2019年(nian)第十(shi)二(er)屆國際水處理展(zhan)覽會在國家會展(zhan)中心(上(shang)海)舉行(xing)。上(shang)海宏濟水業科技(ji)有限(xian)公司在展(zhan)會上(shang)舉行(xing)新品發(fa)布會,隆重(zhong)推出新一代工(gong)業廢水深(shen)度除鹽(yan)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)產(chan)品——EX系列(lie)電(dian)吸附(fu)模塊。這標志著(zhu)我國工(gong)業廢水深(shen)度除鹽(yan)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)技(ji)術(shu)獲(huo)重(zhong)大突破,這款新產(chan)品也成為本屆展(zhan)會一大亮點,并受到國內外廠商(shang)的(de)青睞(lai)。
電(dian)(dian)吸附(fu)(fu)技術又(you)稱(cheng)電(dian)(dian)容去離子(zi)技術,通(tong)過在(zai)電(dian)(dian)極兩端施加較(jiao)(jiao)低電(dian)(dian)壓,溶液中陰陽離子(zi)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場下分(fen)別向正負極移動,并聚集在(zai)電(dian)(dian)極表面的(de)(de)雙電(dian)(dian)層上實現鹽(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)去除。與高壓膜(mo)分(fen)離、熱(re)蒸發等脫鹽(yan)(yan)技術相(xiang)比,電(dian)(dian)吸附(fu)(fu)技術具有適用范圍廣(guang)、耐受性(xing)強(qiang)、產水(shui)率高、運(yun)行簡(jian)單、無二次(ci)污染等優勢,在(zai)特定條件(jian)下具有較(jiao)(jiao)好的(de)(de)脫鹽(yan)(yan)性(xing)能(neng),非常(chang)適用于高鹽(yan)(yan)、高硬、高COD廢(fei)水(shui)的(de)(de)深(shen)度除鹽(yan)(yan)回用。同時,電(dian)(dian)吸附(fu)(fu)技術在(zai)儲(chu)能(neng)、海水(shui)淡化、苦(ku)咸水(shui)凈化等領域的(de)(de)優勢也(ye)比較(jiao)(jiao)突出,推進這(zhe)一技術的(de)(de)研(yan)發與產業(ye)應用,對(dui)我國能(neng)源(yuan)產業(ye)、水(shui)環境優化、工業(ye)廢(fei)水(shui)處理、居民用水(shui)健康等具有重要意義。
